Question:

What is your return policy?

Answer:
We cannot accept upgrades as a return as this is a service. Any other products such as new units, cord adapters, etc are returnable within 14 days in like-new condition less shipping charges. If the products show signs of use they are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Upgrade orders are valid for 60 days, any units not tendered within this 60 period forfeit the service.
